المحكم الدولي عذاب العزيز الهاشمي , هو خبيرمتدرب من عدة جامعات عربية وأوروبية في التحكيم الدولي، ولديه خبرة تزيد عن ثلاثة عشرعامًا متخصصًا في التحكيم التجاري الدولي والتحكيم بين المستثمرين والدول والتحكيم الدولي,أكمل دراستة الجامعية كمهندس متخصص في حماية أمن المعلومات وحصل على درجة الدكتوراة بهذا التخصص عام 2010 , وتابع مسيرة عملة في التحكيم الدولي في عدة دول , شغل منصب المحكم في المنازعات في جميع القارات ، بموجب قواعد الأونسيترال ، المحكمة الجنائية الدولية , محكمة لاهاي الدائمة في التحكيم

شغل مناصب عدة في كبرى الشركات وتنقل في عدة مناصب بها كمالك وكرئيس مجلس إدارة وكمدير عام وكمدير مشاريع وكمدير قسم تقنية تطوير المعلومات وكمحكم وتولى منصب محكم وخبيرعقود إستثمار دولي في الأمارات العربية المتحدة لمجموعة كبيرة من الشركات

حصل على مرتبة عالية وصفات بارزة في التحكيم الدولي لدورة البارز في نشر ثقافة التحكيم لعدة دول ونال جوائز كبيرة ودرب نخبة من المثقفين والمحامين والأكاديميين والوزراء والمدراء

حصل على لقب "المحكم المميز للتحكيم الدولي" الهيئة الإستشارية الدولية في مملكة النرويج ،

العزيز هو بارز في مجال التحكيم الدولي والأستثمار وله بصمة في بناء الأستثمارات الخاصة به وبشركائة وقام ببناء أكثر من ستون شركة في مجموعة من التخصصات لمجموعة كبيرة من المستثمرين في الأمارات العربية المتحدة وبريطانيا ، وهو ضليع في فهم القانون الدولي وممارستة ويعمل وفق السياق القانوني فقط , وهو "ذكي للغاية" "موثوق للغاية ومعروف عنه بديناميكيتة وموالاتة وإلتزامة مع عملائه" و "نزيه وشفاف" ويشيرون أيضًا إلى "فهمه الممتاز لقانون واستراتيجية السوابق القضائية للتحكيم الدولي" مع الإشارة إلى أنه "سهل التعامل معه للغاية والعمل معه ممتع يشعرك بالقوه " ، و "يرفض زيادة تكلفة العملاء أو الشركاء ويجد لهم الأفضل والمميز بأقل التكاليف " و "لا يتخلى عن أي قضية له أو لشركائة أو المستثمرين الذين يثقون به في منتصف الطريق ، بغض النظر عن مدى صعوبة الأمر"  

وقيد عضواً ومحكم ومنتسب لعدة هيئات ومراكز دولية ومن أبرزها محكمة لندن للتحكيم ,جمعية التحكيم الدولي بروكسل , الرابطة الأوربية للتعليم الدولي هولندا ,المجلس الدولي للتحكيم التجاري , المركز الأمريكي للقانون الدولي , غرفة التجارة مملكة السويد معهد أستوكهولم للتحكيم , غرفة تجارة أوسلو معهد أوسلو للتحكيم ,

لم يقتصر عملة على التحكيم الدولي فحسب فكان لدية رسالة سامية في نشر ثقافة القانون وأسس الشبكة الدبلوماسية الدولية للقانون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان في مملكة النرويج وعمل على دعم ونشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في عده دول في الوطن العربي , وشغل مناصب عديدة في حقوق الإنسان ومن أبرزها ترأس المنتدى العالمي لحقوق الإنسان في مملكة النرويج , المنسق العام للإئتلاف السوري للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية بتكليف من التحالف للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ,

كما عمل ضمن مسيرتة كمتطوع في الصليب الأحمر  طيلة عشرون عاماً في عدة دول ومنها العراق وسوريا والنرويج وعضو ناشط  في منظمة العفو الدولي

كما كتب عدة مقالات وقيد بدرجة كاتب صحفي في الأتحاد الدولي للصحفيين في بروكسل وفي مملكة النرويج وفي عدة دول أوروبية .

وكان له دور بارز في السلام ونشر السلام في القارات وحصد عدة أوسمة من المنظمات الدولية ومناصب فخرية ومن أبرزها

بعثة السلام الأمريكية حصل على لقب قنصل يمثلها في مملكة النرويج , وجمعية السلام النرويجية .

وقد كتب العديد من الأبحاث  الأكاديمية المتعلقة بالتحكيم الدولي ومن أبرزها :

عمل مع أبرز المحكمين العرب وأمهرهم والذي يحمل مسيرة كبيرة في التحكيم الدولي وشغل مناصب عدة الدكتور محكم ماجد خلوصي ونخبة من المحكمين العرب في سوريا ولبنان وليبيا .

في إخراج سلسلة التحكيم الدولي الحديثة المميزة التي بنيت على مسارات قانونية وممارسة في التحكيم تتماشى مع عالم التطور الإستثماري وكانت السلسلة تتألف من ثمانية كتب :

He has more than 13 years of experience in international commercial arbitration, investor-state arbitration, and international arbitration.

He He completed his university studies as an engineer specializing in information security protection. He obtained his doctorate in this specialization in 2010 and has pursued his career in international arbitration in several countries.

He has served as an arbitrator of disputes on all continents, following UNCITRAL rules, the International Criminal Court, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

He has also worked as a Red Cross volunteer for 20 years in several countries, including Iraq, Syria, and Norway, and is an active member of Amnesty International.

He has also written several articles and is a journalist for the International Federation of Journalists in Brussels, Norway, and several European countries.

He has played a leading role in peace and the spread of order on the continents and has received several distinctions from international organizations as well as honorary functions, among others:
